Doors and windows are going in, all insulated, low e and sealed to keep the house air tight. It now has a shingle roof on and we are waiting for the electrician and plumber to finish up so the spray foam insulation can be put in the garage walls, and sprayed in the attic. Next the trenches will be dug so the Geothermal ground loops can be put in place. Then the carport and garage apron can be poured.
