The SpeedFloor starts to go up after the bearing walls are in place. As you see the ledger plates are in place for the porches. The ICF is cut out and the J-bolts put in place. Now that the J-bolts are in bedded in the concrete, the ledgers need to be removed, and a spacer put in place to hold them off the concrete. Once the concrete is poured the plywood drops out by removing the stays.
